What is the process?

  • Step 1: Book surveyor

    Give us a call or book online for your preferred survey. If you are not sure which kind of survey you need, just tell us your situation and we will be able to give you the advice you need to make the right choice.

  • Step 2: Place order

    Once you have decided which survey you need, you can place your order online, or with us over the phone. It’s at this point that we will let you know what your payment options are and book a date and time for your survey.

  • Step 3: Survey carried out

    One of our RICS-registered surveyors will come out to your property and conduct the survey.

  • Step 4: Receive your survey report

    The survey will be collated into a well-detailed, easy to understand report which we aim to deliver to you within 5 working days.

  • Step 5: Discuss any survey queries

    You will now be able to make well-informed decisions based on the report and guidance from the surveyor. But inevitably, you may still have some queries. If that is the case, we encourage you to ask us about any of these. Our service to you doesn’t end when we send you the report. Our bespoke service means that we see our projects through right until our clients are happy that their survey has been completed to satisfaction.
